Prevent disputes rather than react

Many have asked how this can be done.  Here are a few suggestions:

  • Reviewing and revising contract language to enable higher yields
  • Fostering behaviors and processes that enable dispute prevention
  • Handling disputes and modifications with greatest effect
  • Recognizing and rewarding successful prevention – identifying the non-dispute
  • Measuring the cost of reaction against prevention
